Dale de Groffs Pimento Bitters are particularly suitable for mixing cocktails. It was developed by an American bartender to refine Mai Tais, Pina Coladas or Sazeracs. The bitter notes accentuate the taste of the spirits in the cocktail. For a Gin Tonic, this bitters can be a bit too much. Here we recommend rather to pick the Wormwood Bitters. The slightly bitter wormwood notes go perfectly with the bitter quinine notes of the tonic water. These bitters are primarily suitable for rather herbal, less fruity gins.
